Goods Description And Price

We've tried to be as precise as possible when describing and displaying items. Despite this, there could be minor differences in the products we give product details to you on. Please contact our customer support team if there is something you don't understand or if you need additional details.

Often for illustrative purposes are product photos are used. Despite our best efforts, we cannot promise that your device's show of colors correctly reflects the color of the items. Your items differ slightly from those depicted in the photographs.

Placing an order

(d) If the products you ordered are out of stock;

(e) If we don't deliver to your area;

We will refund your account for every balance deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days of your order, whether we do not approve your order but have accepted your payment.

Payment

All of the options mentioned on our website can be used to make a payment. Payment is due prior to shipping. Your order will be canceled if a payment fails. There will be no shipment until all funds are collected in full.

Risk of Loss/Damage

Any item purchased from Creative House is made in accordance with a shipping contract. This simply implies that when we send certain goods to the courier, the risk of loss or damage during transit is transferred to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery

We will deliver the items you ordered as fast as possible to the address you provide for delivery, but no later than 30 days after you place your order. We reserve the right, however, not to make delivery outside of Pakistan until our ordering form allows it.

You will be asked to sign for the products ordered in good condition when you get your order. Please deny delivery if the shipment does not appear to be in good shape. Failure to do so can have an effect on any warranty statements you make later.

If the goods we supply are not as you requested, are damaged or faulty, or are delivered in an inappropriate quantity, we will have no responsibility to you until you inform us in writing of the issue within 14 working days of receiving the goods in question at our email address.

We would have no responsibility against you if you do not get goods ordered from you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them unless you inform us in writing of the issue within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Conditions for Exchange:

The item must be unused, undamaged, unopened/dismantled, and free of defects in order to be exchanged.
The original packaging, user manuals, and attachments must be included with the package.
The product must be returned in the original retailer package/case, which must be undamaged.
You have three days to return the item.

Exchange Policy:

You can exchange anything which you received within 3 days from the date you receive the parcel, deliver us by any of your convenient nearest Courier Company. Please double-check which goods you wish to exchange; they must be well-packaged if you received them broken; used items cannot be exchanged or refunded; courier company return costs must be charged by the buyer.

Our Policy on Refunds:

Only online orders canceled within 24 hours of payment and where products have not been dispatched are eligible for a refund. We may also provide an exchange if the product is defective within 3 days of purchase.

We will refund delivery charges of 200/= rupees (in case of a wrong product delivered from us.)

If you wish to exchange a product, you must send it to us via any courier service; once we receive it, our representative will contact you via phone or SMS.

We'll send you a coupon code for the same value as the items. We will not cover the shipping costs; only the selling price of the goods will be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
